Our private fees for Allied Health support are based on an hourly rate of $213 per hour.

 

Appointments include both face-to-face time with your child and dedicated clinician time spent on planning, documentation & communication that helps support your child's goals.

​

Fees are current as of August 2026 and may be reviewed periodically.

20 mins Face-to-FaceTime & 10 mins Non-Client-Facing Time     $110

30 mins Face-to-FaceTime & 10 mins Non-Client-Facing Time     $130

45 mins Face-to-FaceTime & 10 mins Non-Client-Facing Time     $195

 

We can assist eligible families to claim:

• Private Health Insurance rebates

• Medicare rebates through a GP Management Plan

• Medicare rebates under a paediatrician's Item 135 treatment and management plan (where applicable)

Please note that if you have an NDIS plan, your appointments will be priced in line with the NDIS price guide (which is lower than private market rate) and will include necessary non face to face time.

Speech & Language Assessment

What’s involved:

• Assessment session with your child (up to 2 hours, typically booked as 90 minutes initially)

• Scoring and clinical interpretation

• Report writing (approx. 4 hours)

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Up to 6 hours

• Hourly rate   $213.00

• Total cost:  $1,278.00

 

Diagnostic Speech & Language Assessment (for diagnosis)

What’s involved:

• Background information session (30 minutes, no child present)

• Assessment session (up to 2 hours, typically 90 minutes initially)

• Observation of child (60 minutes)

• Scoring and interpretation

• Report writing (approx. 4 hours)

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Up to 8 hours

• Hourly rate:  $213.00

• Total cost:  $1,704.00

 

BOT-2 (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency)

(Ages 4–12 years)

What’s involved:

• Assessment session(s) (up to 2 hours)

• Scoring (30 minutes)

• Report:

  • Brief report: 30 minutes

  • Detailed report: 1.5–2 hours

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Approx. 5 hours

• Hourly rate:  $213.00

• Approx. total cost:  $1,065.00

 

Bayley-4 Assessment

(Ages 0–3.7 years | Can be completed by OT, Speech, or Psych)

What’s involved:

• Assessment session (2–3 hours depending on child)

• Scoring (45 minutes)

• Report:

  • Brief report: 30 minutes

  • Detailed report: 1.5–2 hours

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Approx. 7.2 hours

• Hourly rate : $213.00

• Total cost: $1,533.60

 

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)

A comprehensive assessment of a child’s daily functioning, support needs, and participation across environments.

What’s involved:

• Parent/carer consultations

• School/kinder input or observation

• Home or clinic observation

• Standardised assessments (e.g., BOT-2, Sensory Profile, Vineland, PEDICAT)

• Comprehensive report with recommendations

Time & Cost:

• Total time: From 15 hours (may vary based on complexity)

• Hourly rate: $213.00

• Estimated total cost: $3,195.00

 

Handwriting Assessment

What’s involved:

• Initial parent consultation (1 hour)

• Assessment sessions (up to 2 hours)

• Scoring and interpretation (30 minutes)

• Report writing (up to 2 hours)

• Parent feedback session (30 minutes)

• Optional follow-up sessions (2–3 sessions)

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Up to 9 hours

• Hourly rate:  $213.00

• Total cost:  $1,917.00

 

Sensory Profile Assessment

A neuro-affirming assessment to understand your child’s sensory preferences and support needs.

What’s involved:

• Initial parent consultation (30 minutes)

• Assessment completion (30 minutes)

• Optional observation session (45–60 minutes)

• Scoring and interpretation (30 minutes)

• Report writing (1.5 hours)

• Feedback session (30 minutes)

Time & Cost:

• Total time: Up to 4.5 hours

• Hourly rate: $213.00

• Total cost: $958.50
